• Designer Association Membership Card (ASID, IIDA, CID, NCIDQ, ASP, CSP, CDECA, LEED)
• State business license
• Business card
• Yellow page advertisement

If you're exempt from paying tax, please include a copy of your signed state resale certificate with your documentation. You will also need to present it each time you make a purchase.
